Westside Mercedes Benz is owned and operated by Ken Spratford, an east coast car enthusiast with over 40 years of automotive experience. The independent auto repair shop has serviced Santa Monica from its original location on Wilshire Blvd since 1995. After expansion Westside Mercedes is now conveniently located at 11562 Santa Monica Blvd, West Los Angeles, serving European car owners throughout the westside of LA.

Ken

Founder and Owner

Ken is a great guy and knows the automotive industry. He is the person who runs the show and keeps all the parts moving. Ken brings his East Coast sensibilities and sense of humor to you. Ken has 40 years experience in the auto repair industry and gives you great service because of his wealth of knowledge. Ken's favorite car is any Mercedes and his favorite color is red.

Luis

Shop Foreman

Luis is the best! He is fully trained in Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche. He loves his work and is ready to serve you with excellence. Luis has 20 years of experience at Westside Mercedes Benz. His specialities are brake and suspension work and he loves to perform regularly scheduled maintenance to keep your car running in top-top condition. Luis' favorite car is the Mercedes C63 AMG and his favorite color is blue.

Eric

Master Technician

Eric is Westside Mercedes secret superhero technician. He always saves the day and delivers great results to you. Eric has 36 years of experience, and has been with Westside Mercedes Benz for 20 years. Eric's specialties are suspension and diagnosing cars - he loves to find out what is wrong with your car and how to best repair it. Eric works on any car from 1960s to 2020. Eric's favorite cars are the Mercedes E320 and E350. Eric has many  favorite colors: Midnight blue during the daytime, black at night, and the green on $100 bills always.

Mister

Master Technician

Mister is our go-to guy and always has a smile on his face. His technical excellence is superb and he will deliver great service for your vehicle. Mister has 21 years of experience and has been with Westside Mercedes Benz for 2 1/2 years. Mister's favorite repair is replacing engines. He's fast and accurate on that and all other work he does. Mister's favorite car is the 2016 Mercedes Benz GT63 AMG and his favorite color is blue.

Teddy

Technician Assistant

Teddy is the glue that keeps everything together at Westside Mercedez Benz. He assists Luis, Eric, and Mister on whatever is needed - Teddy gets what's gotta be got. He also helps customers get around - he is the courtesy service driver that will drive you home or to wherever you need to go while your car is in the shop. Teddy has worked here for 24 years and has kept a smile on everyone's face the whole time. Teddy's favorite car is the Mercedes Benz Gullwing 300 SL, and his favorite color is turquoise.
