We had been having challenges with our 2007 car that went unresolved after being diagnosed and worked on by three different auto shops. The car was erratic in responsiveness and would abruptly lose power. Ken actually came recommended by our previous mechanic for the tools and skills he has available to most accurately diagnose automotive issues. Ken has a good humored, amiable personality and I felt immediately assured by his overall vibe. After 3 years of best guess diagnoses from three respected mechanics trying different fixes --- Ken and his mechanic Luis and team had the car diagnosed accurately and repaired promptly. Given the value to us and what was accurately diagnosed and repaired, the rates for our repair seem quite reasonable. We're amazed and most grateful that it's now driving like brand new. "Been going to Westside Mercedes for close to 20 years.  Ken is amazing.  He give you the straight dope on your cars.  He is as good as they come.  Knows how to troubleshoot cars in his sleep.  He is the only reason I still retain my faith in owning Euro automobiles.  The day he retires, I'm selling my cars.
